Go to System Preferences (the gear icon), and then click Profiles.
Select anything you see in here that is NOT named:

CA Certificate
HHWireless
Lockdown Sharing
Login Window/Disable Gatekeeper
MDM Profile

Once you select the other profile(s), click the minus (-) button at the bottom left, and reboot.
